- 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM : explain the full spectrum of neck dysfunction and identify the mechanical or degenerative causes that lead to it.

- 10:45 AM - 11:30 AM : demonstrate the role of physical therapy in improving quality of life among patients who suffer of neck pain.
